I think the town is spelled Talafar, Iraq. The transcript from Bush's talk will describe it during the Saddam years, after and now... As far as Rumsfeld is concerned, I think we are fortunate to have him. Do you think he calls the shots by himself....or do the Military commanders in the field call the shots? Or does the Pentagon? Or did you think the Generals like Clark are the ones to trust....you know, the same ones that said we'd be in Bosnia for a year....and it's now 10 years later. The very same ones that say we shouldn't go anywhere that hasn't attacked us....and yet we were not attacked, and we are still in Bosnia.....
