Airbus makes fine airplanes. It will be interesting to see which does better, the A380 or the 7E7. The A380 has the problem that there are not that many airports that can take it. And those need to be modified. The 7E7 has similar costs per passenger mile, and only a slightly shorter range. So who knows?
