Hi Mick - there was some panic selling on this stock. The 10K really describes a period where the company didn't have much going for it in terms of operations.

It may be one to look at in terms of buying opportunities going forward.

But, keep in mind, as I always post, that any of these penny stocks can be questionable and each of us needs to do our own DD.
