I have Tregaskis's book in my library. Maybe I will take it out again and read it to atone for viewing Jarhead. My brother was a Marine in Vietnam and his license plate reads JR HD. He told me his one regret was he wished he had been a better Marine. It was hard then because the people back home were horrible about it. I'm glad to say his family was not among that group.
