With the great success of the recent (and egregious) banning spree employed by "a@p_moderator" lately, I would suggest a tactical enhancement of that strategy: " a@p_moderator " should ban Judge Dearie (and the DoJ, too)!

That oughta considerably increase Tony's chances from being a, "yet again further-convicted" felon one more time now. I keep forgetting whether this would be a third, fourth or fifth time, but ... hey, what's a few felonies among friends?

"Amr (Anthony) Elgindy, a securities fraudster who conducted many of his trades through Vancouver-based Global Securities Corp., has received a rather sharp rebuke from U.S. District Court Judge Raymond J. Dearie ahead of a sentencing hearing that could bring the convicted short seller a life sentence."
