My son having earned a master degree in economics from Lund University (Lund Economy School), one of the leading 5-6 such schools in Europe, was unable to find a job in the wake of 9/11 in spite of further qualifications like a command of more than 5 languages. He thus enrolled in another University program and took a bachelor in media/communication. With that done he got his first position in Ireland - a booming economy - and took it from there. Quite similar to what you posted. Very few freebies like what the French left and their companion unions dream of "securing" today. Taro
