True. They mentioned that in their 8K filing. Although comparing to other battery manufactures, they still have some advantage, which is cheaper labor.

And I think the recent weakness perhaps has a lot of to do with the secondary offering, although that has no effect of dilution. I guess I will watch it. Thanks, Julius.
