There were no documents in Iraq connecting Saddam with Al Qaida in any way, shape or form. If there were such documents, then Bush-Cheney would have trumpeted their existence years ago as "proof" they were right about mixing up and connecting 9-11 and Saddan as if they were the same thing.

In truth, Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaida. Nothing. And he had no WMD's which people in the CIA knew. But Bush-Cheney did not want to hear from those people. Just as they did not want to hear about Saudi threats inside the US prior to 9-11.
