If there were an established link, don't you think that Bush would be absolutely crowing about it? They'd be shouting from the mountain tops about how they were right (for once). The internet is full of conspiracy theories and 'proof' of almost anything, right or left. Clinton had OJ's wife killed to cover up his other murders. Bush staged 9/11 by having military airplanes flown into the towers and Pentagon. Crazy stuff that all contains 'documented proof'. None stands up to the spit test.
