There was an interesting incident where the President was answering a reporter's question. It had to do with freedom and liberty and why the President thought it was a good thing to promote in the world.

The reporter who'd asked the question interrupted the President, and drew a response along the lines of "Excuse me, David" which shut the guy up.

When the President was done, he went back to the reporter and said, "now, Wayne (or whatever the name was, but not David) what was your point?"

I don't know whether the reporter's name was David or Wayne, but if it was not David, my impression was the President's comment was a dig at David Gregory and his obstreporous, interrupting, overbearing manner in Press Conferences.
