Clinton never dealt with anyone unless he first had leverage on them. Janet Reno's actions in Florida before she was appointed Clinton's Attorney General were filled with criminal actions. Also Butch (Reno) was an obvious lesbian and I'm sure Clinton had blackmail level leverage on her there also. The Clinton's "mistakenly" got the FBI files on hundreds of politicians.
