It really doesn't matter if Bush is an idiot, front man tool or a dyslexic Machiavelli that just can't talk extemporaneously, or a genius that talks that way on purpose to energize his moron support.

Of course it matters.........esp. when you are trying to outfox your opponent and get him boxed in so that he can't move.

Frankly, I think we overestimate Rove's intelligence and underestimate Bush's.......I think that's part of the reason why the Dems have not been able to mount a good counter campaign.
