Ah. Well, Europe in general is pretty stable. Canada is too close to the US and most Asian countries are too close to China. Once you are a citizen of one of the European countries, it is pretty easy to move around the various EU countries if you don't like your first choice.

I understand when you say Canada is too close but isn't Europe too close to a resurgent USSR? I figure initially I will put money into a bank in Canada. If things get worse, then I would move it to Europe. Of course, I would also be getting my butt out of here as well.
