Kerry has done nothing to bring down deficits. Kerry is for tax increases, that is true...so he can spend more and create a bigger government. Kerry is trying to bring down federal spending. But he'd also like to stop the deficits by rescinding the tax cuts for the 2% richest Americans. That's really a huge needless giveaway.
