CB, Since this is supposed to be a political thread and not a bash or support Bush thread - I am going to make a prediction (of sorts). The DOW and all indicies except Nasdaq heading to records, Nasdaq heading higher than Bush inherited. If this holds - Republicans stay the course - maybe even gain. Remember the Clinton scandals? As long as the economy was strong nobody gave a damn. The BDS folks are over the top and peaking way to early for the 2006 election. They are like all the sky-is-falling bird-flu-pandemic people - after a while its just noise. Now if the Iranians nuke Israel or we have another 9/11 here ..... Saying Bush is failing at security will fall on deaf ears if there is no major attack between now and the election. John
