Yes, I really believe that. If the Dems had a chance they would WRECK THIS ECONOMY in a NY SECOND.

That still doesnt mean that Bush is soley responsible for the economy. There's been a guy named Greenspan that has had more than a little bit of an impact....not to mention the millions of moving parts of the economy over which the President has very little control. The most he can do is set up a decent environment for economic growth and hope for the best. Bush managed to get the low taxes part right but has failed miserably on spending. The spending made sense in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 and the bursting of the bubble but at some point you have to get your fiscal house in order.
