This market is like watching a world-class sailing regatta somewhere with no wind. A lot of big money sitting around doing nothing, waiting for something to happen but no idea which direction the wind will come from. If anyone has ideas for stocks or sectors we haven't considered here, feel free to toss them out. I will have a couple of new buys on Friday when my PWI funds clear in my IRA. I cashed out PWI flat after several months of just breaking even including the divvies.
