Now they use the "unified budget" that includes the SS surplus. The actual deficit is much larger but for the SS surplus. re: I think you have to allocate a certain percentage for each of the variations. x% for this age bracket, x% for that age bracket, etc., ...., 50% women, 50% men, w% for weathy, w% for poor, etc. How, without repealing democracy?
