Anybody have any thoughts on these patent settlements? it would seem to go against common good of consumer and US should oppose these decisions. Any thoughts anyone? On similar vein, looks like Momenta is fearing a Plavix type settlement for Lovenox which would what, cause other patent suits to have to start from scratch? Jim? Peter? rkrw?
