Should have had the Iraqi troops ready to keep the peace for themselves now. Three years is plenty of time for that to happen...if you want it to. But instead the money spent in Iraq has gone to "other things" and lots of the money is simply gone.

The US should re-deploy and let the Iraqis do it themselves.

If Al Qaeda shows up then you move in and clean them out and let the Iraqis try again. There's no need to stay on station. We can keep an eye on the situation from afar.

Bush says he has a plan, but his plan already stretches through to the next president...who ever that shall be. He never articulated his plan...just says he has one. Well if the plan is to stay the course for another three years, the US death toll will be around 5,000 by the time Bush leaves office...unless he's impeached...which would be fine by me.
