Peter, I have long held, if only empirically, that a carefully planned nutritious diet can stave off many diseases and thus can trump the need for many medications (but not always). Along with the green tea, I would through in Rooibos tea, said to be loaded with anti-oxidants. It comes in many tasty flavors. Personally, I love the stuff. - Holly
