What's with the new name?

I never liked being addressed by my old moniker--it seemed so abrupt and cold--and my new one will remind me to get my lazy self to the pool rather than exercising only my fingers on SI. I'd been looking for a new handle for a while but everything I wanted was taken--some by folks who haven't posted in nearly a decade. So now it's Lane3. Probably won't make the pool today, though... <g>
