Hi Jim.

I do not have this stock either.

It does point out the greed and conflict of interest that stock options inject into the equation.

To rip your stock holders and then reward yourself is a byproduct of management not being on the same page as their stockholders.

This whole deal has morphed into a bad practice.

Then to use retained earnings and have buyback to hide the dilution is salt on a wound.
