Kerry has said that he believes we should rescind the tax cuts for the richest 2% of Americans in order to reduce the deficit. He's on record saying that repeatedly. He has not said we need to raise taxes so we can spend more. - Allen PS: Why are we debating about Kerry, anyway? What does he have to do with the way Bush has created a huge debt that our children and their children will have to pay?
