Well, I got a pretty decent dose of light
as well yesterday. Snow showers and sunbreaks
up Skiing. Three days total of light therapy!

and now...back to the real world, speaking
of nausea. Poor Elise (she is our younger
one) is puking...rather frequently.

After several days of lower GI nastiness,
now the virus has moved up to her stomach.

I got one of these bugs a few years ago
and wretched so hard and so long I nearly
threw my back out. Hope this is one we have
already been exposed to.
