i read the entire report, though i don't own KBH backlog is up, even after the cancellations noted in the WSJ story and acknowledged in KBH's report everyone knows the RE market is moderating, that's not a bad thing, it's quite healthy for the long term the WSJ predicted "bad news"...as with so many of their stories, i think they missed again (what a shock)
