cs, I wasn't asking about the nature of an IR, or guidelines affecting it......... What I was asking was whether you are calling for an IR decline here in BRCM...and if so, what leads you to do so.... I ask mainly because of the key importance of BRCM in the SOX....If your IR decline materializes, the impact on the SOX, and possibly on the entire tech sector, would be quite substantial. Is this what you were alerting us to ????
