We had a potentially interesting Form 4 filing today. Raju Kucherlapati, who I believe is one of the company's founders and on the board of directors, has filed for exercising 80.000 options allowing him to buy the corresponding number of shares @ 4,8125. These options were about to go stale (expiring May 10, 2006). The interesting part is that he didn't sell immediately. He normally does. Erik sec.gov
