Jerome, Thank you for the education. I bought into Sandisk last Summer, but yours is the first comprehensive look at the technology I've seen. Other posters have noted that Sandisk doesn't get the same play as Intel when it makes an announcement. As a public relations practitioner, I'd say that will always be the case. But Sandisk should be more active in its marketing PR. One sees SNDK mentioned almost exclusively in financial publications. If the company wants its technology to become a standard in many industries, it needs to be much more aggressive in its marketing-oriented PR. The best, or lowest cost, technology does not always win. (Beta vs. VCR to state the obvious case.) The best-marketed product generally does win. Jim
