Winning
or
Spending

The winning part is complete but the spending part has not yet started. It will start whenever the mail arrives because the cheque is in the mail! I have some ideas but I am quite certain that "Rocks" has local precedence and my plans will likely derail because of this.

I did get a new 802.11G card today for a song and a dance. It is a Motorola card and setup and function appear to be flawless, a very well made piece of hardware.

I am drinking a Tim Horton's coffee since the IPO will be hopelessly oversubscribed while the coffee can be had by standing in line. Currently the chain is having a promotion called "Roll Up The Rim to Win". In Ontario a ten year old girl found an unrolled coffee cup in the garbage. She retrieved the cup but as fate would have it was too weak to Roll Up The Rim. She asked for help from a 12 year old girl who did Roll Up The Rim and found a Toyota Rav4. The two families are now in court fighting over the cup and who should get the Toyota. In a really strange twist a letter from a lawyer appeared representing a man who claims he was the drinker of the cup of coffee and wants DNA tests, apparently that will prove that he did throw away the cup when he was finished as it was found in a dumpster.
