It has nothing to do with whether they have lots of melanin in their skin.

The percentage of non-working poor who are black is about 70%. [a guess] They are 11% of the population. That is why they stick out. The left gets 90% of their votes, but they are the biggest supporters of letting immigrants in. A real problem.
