Don't know, BP....right now, I'm in the sponge mode, and want to learn more about all the different ideas that people have come up over the last many years. Some worked, some did not.

At this point, after welfare since the 1930's, we should know that the system as it is so far, doesn't work. We still have poor people, after 3 and 4 generations......People who should, and could have been gainfully employed. The question is WHY are generations of the same families so poor? After having welfare for over 70 years!!!
