it is not the first time there has been This trading game has been played since day 1! The six are playing the game but Qualcomm saw this coming more than ten years ago and they all know that. This is not a good case for the EC to impose regulations modifying the rules of the game. Q's business plan is fundamentally defensive, soundly based, globally cool.
