David, Two downsides. The credit worthiness of Citigroup, as it is a note guaranteed by them. The second is that you forgo interest during the holding period.

If you find the date of the final prospectus, the starting prices will be the average price of the currencies on that day. There are no operating expenses, as all of that came out of the offering price premium.
