Dear Rick,
Thank you again for your generous contribution to the trust. Your identification of us as your choice for charitable contributions from the Biotech Stock picking contest was a wonderful surprise for us. The arrival of checks was much like the beginning of a good rain, a few drops at first, followed by a steady increase in the number of checks.
I have attached a break down of the donation which we received. These funds are sufficient for us to initiate a new preschool and support its operation for a full year....this translates into refurbishing a classroom at a primary school with a new roof, windows and supplies....and then staffing it with three preschool teachers who will provide care and early childhood educational experiences to the approximately 75 kids under their care. Further, these kids will receive a vitamin fortified corn soy based nutritional porridge each day to keep them full of energy to grow and learn and play each day.
So thank you once again.

Best regards,
Dan
PS I am attaching a few photos as well...and will eventually send you a Thank You CD with more images and information about our programs in Zimbabwe....
