Warren, it makes sense to utilize excess heat from power
plants or other sources of power generated from waste. All
the excess heat from those cooling towers could be a free
energy source that would bring the cost of producing ethyl
alcohol down significantly. Also lots of heat from
existing nuclear facilities could be piped via steam generated
at a heat exchanger facility. We probably waste as much
energy as we produce that could be used to make alcohol
production less expensive and more profitable. It is merely
a matter of government incentive, economic feasibility, and favorable legislation.
