I am not sure what Schumer did back in 1986 to Japan, do you? The Plaza Accord was in Schumer's backyard, not Japan. In either case, whatever Japan did in 1986 was probably not too good for Japan, soon leading to 10+ years of deflation. So if Schumer is trying to do unto China whatever he did to Japan, do you suppose China will welcome him with open arms?
