HLIT certainly in an interesting place: "Its systems enable network operators to provide various interactive digital services that include digital video, video-on-demand, high definition television, high-speed Internet access, and telephony." Perhaps the big move here comes nearer the end of this next generation buildout by the fiber optic plays like JDSU, CIEN and AVNX? Always cautious when I see these analysts start to love a stock..
