Do you have any updated info on the legal proceedings?
Date of criminal trial?
Status of Cadence suit?

AVNT is buying technology from others. My hunch is that they want to have some products if and when they are prevented from selling current products. Any thoughts?

I guess that the threat of prosecution (persecution) for expressing negative sentiments about companies is causing many to be more careful in what they say.
