That Peter Paul story is complete rubbish. Peter Paul, a convicted stock swindler and professional conman, did con the Clintons at one point into believing he was a legit businessman. Peter Paul conned a VIP friend of mine in a corporate finance deal, so I know personally who he is. He turned out to be a big phony. Now after his conviction Paul has turned to the dirty tricks division of the rightwing (Newsmax in particular, a smear site posing as a news site) and is lying to them about the Clintons. A lawsuit was already filed about all this and it was thrown out of court. The Clintons were cleared of all charges, as usual.
