OT- OTCBB trading

This may be of interest to anyone trading an OTCBB stock such as CWPC for the first time such as myself. I had some market orders that were not executing and contacted my broker interactivebrokers. Here is their reply:

"This stock is an OTCBB stock and therefore trades are handled on
a not held basis meaning that they can trade through and around
your prices and not fill your order at all in this case, or take their time
filling an order even if it is a market order. Unfortunately this is how
OTCBB stocks are handled."

News to me.
