You sound like President Bush, 2 yrs ago he was touting education as the solution. Of course, education for WHAT was not answered. Anyway since then the federal government is cutting funding for higher education... gotta pay for those tax cuts you know. Good luck to a US college student finding a job which will justify paying 120,000 for a 4-year degree. While in India or China that degree is nearly free.

Fact is even a good education isn't going to provide a good job if that same job can be done in India or China for 60% less.

You have no basis in reality to back up any of your pie in the sky assertions.
