In the middle of all your muddled, straw man, confused ranting you made a statement that stands out as a jewell of poor thinking:

No... it's time for YOU to catch the "clue train". Intolerance will NOT be defeated by perpetuating authoritarism and totalitarianism and permitting it to thrive unchecked.

That's intuitively correct but entirely false. History has shown many times over that authoritarism and totalitarianism are almost always defeated by permitting them to "thrive" unchecked.

You see, those who believe they wish to live under religious or other dogmatic, intolerant regimes ALWAYS learn that the reality is much worse than the utopian notion they had of what it would be like. It happened in the Soviet Union, it WAS happening in Iran and, if left alone for a generation or two it would likely happen in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I won't even discuss your utterly senseless assertion that
WE can eradicate support for those isms through the use of force in countries like Iraq where the ISM supporters are much stronger than the ISM opponents. How you doing in blowing up ideas with bombs, Hawk. Not too easy? The ideas getting stronger? Keep shooting until you've grown them far to big to bomb and then get the hell out of the way and let the Iraqis find their future. They will anyway.

Your ideas have long since proven unworkable, your methods have long since proven counterproductive and you have long since proven yourself to be a dogmatic, unrealistic and dangerous thinker.

It's too bad people like you don't have the gumption try out your theories yourself. Natural selection would soon result in a more flexible thinking population. Unfortunately, most people who hold such inflexible simplistic views are too cautious to walk their own talk, they send other people's kids for that and they persist while the gene pool loses those courageous soldiers.
