Turek was a guarantor of certain of the indebtedness of Plasticon, and was damaged and forced into personal bankruptcy due to the actions of the Defendants. Therefore, this damage Turek sustained was separate and distinct from that of Plasticon because Turek lost substantial sums of his own monies and his own personal properties after he was called upon to perform on the personal guarantees of Plasticon's debt. 1
