MM, you were obviously not in the planning room when first strikes were being organized. That was always far more likely to be a USA action than a USSR one. The USSR was far behind the USA in ICBM MIRV stuff with B52s by the swarm and all sorts. They couldn't even launch 12 Globalstar satellites without crashing them into Siberia.

Have you really not noticed the current "Pre-emptive strike activities" which is actual policy right now, with $1trillion committed and 2300 dead USA soldiers and swarms maimed. That's "first strike" too? And stand by for Iran to be first struck.
