Looks pretty solid to me, and the stock is up a bit after hours. Don't know how important the SAPS is. Not stat sig there, but a trend, and stat sig if one uses relative rather than absolute measure from baseline. That sounds a bit like lying with statistics, but I'll defer to someone like BioKruncher on that. CGI-S reduction in treatment group could be just noise. Still, the primary endpoint was met, though with that endpoint being non-inferiority, it can't really be called a big win. After hours action -- mildly positive -- would seem to reflect this. In any case, these results certainly support further development. Anyone else got opinions? Cheers, Tuck
