How about msft stops with the inflammatory rhetoric towards US engineering, gives people some raises and actually RAISES the quality of life for engineering talent in the US. then maybe the best engineers would go back to engineering. In my day I was a great engineer, but I would never consider that profession now, no way. That is the key problem.

That sounds pretty greed driven. How often do you hear on the news that American companies can't find enough qualified employees and have to hire overseas? Are you saying they are lying?
