Yes, the NRA wants machine-guns in private hands. I heard LaPierre debate the Police Chief of LA about it. The Police oppose the NRA's automatic weapons lust. The NRA also wants cop-killer bullets, drum magazines and more. These kinds of weapons cannot be used for hunting or ordinary home defense. They are for warfare and massive violence. Some NRA members will admit they are gun-crazy rednecks who think they ought to be able to overthrow the government someday, if you ask them. They are proud of it. Only NRA spinners and apologists like you deny this. Also, I have yet to see a single black member of the NRA. And the NRA was founded right after the KKK was forced to go underground. This is a deep dark secret of the NRA, that they took the KKK's place.
