Spirit of Entrepreneurship - Still alive and kicking in America. However, I am surprised at how fast it is developing in India. Hard Work - Americans work as hard and as smart as Indians and Chinese on the average. In terms of effective use of their time, Americans are still ahead. Intelligence and creativity - No one has a monopoly on that. Being in America helps too. Just walk to a Barnes and Noble or a Public Library and you have so many resources. So, at any point if the US worker faces competition, he can quickly catch up. -Arun
