Thanks for posting those links and excerpts.

From what I see, there is nothing new that is substantive to indicate an active relationship. The last document seems to indicate the opposite quite clearly.

I still haven't seen anything credible that would make me doubt what the bi-partisan 9/11 Commission wrote, which was that they had seen "no evidence of a collaborative relationship between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda".
